Which course will be more good to do M.Com or B.Ed? My scores: 10th- 80%,12th -90% and B.Com-60%.

12th from NIOS is considered as equivalent to any other 12th. Hence you would normally be qualified to join degree course for journalism. Of course assuming you fulfil other eligibility criterias if any.
