Q:   What to do after JEE Main session 2 result?

A:

Candidates preparing for IITs are only required to appear for the JEE Advanced entrance exam after qualifying JEE Main. Students who who secure above the 98th percentile in JEE Main 2024 Session 2 should start preparing for JEE Advanced 2025 immediately. Those who score between 95th and 98th percentile should focus on improving their JEE Main score by taking multiple mock tests and practicing previous year's question papers. By analysing their strengths and weaknesses, candidates can identify their areas of proficiency and topics where they need improvement. If they can achieve full marks in their practice sessions, they can start preparing for JEE Advanced. However, if they cannot score full marks, it is recommended that they appear for multiple mock test series for more practice.

* Well-designed curriculum: The curriculum is structured to prepare students for industrial requirements and future prospects.
* Infrastructure: The college provides all necessary facilities, including Wi-Fi, libraries, and hostels.
* Nature-filled surroundings: The college's location amidst natural surroundings adds to its charm.

Cons:

* Placement concerns: While some students report decent placements, many express disappointment and frustration with the lack of top companies visiting the campus.
* Low internships: Limited internship opportunities, especially unpaid ones, may hinder students' career growth.
* Poor teaching habits: A few teachers are reported to be absent due to payment issues, which affects student learning outcomes.
* Limited campus life: Few events and fests are organized by the college, leading to a relatively quiet campus atmosphere.

Not good for placement if you have taken this college.
Placements: I feel disappoint with the placement opportunities offered by our college. The top companies that come for recruitment are IBM, TCS, Wipro, and others. However, the college doesn't help us much when it comes to finding internships. If they provide any assistance, it's usually for paid internships where we have to pay for the opportunity. Most of the students end up getting placed Through off-campus placements.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure at our college is generally good, but there have been some maintenance issues lately. The arrival of new principal has led to significant changes. We now have Wi-Fi available, but we have to ask the teachers for the password. The computer labs are not in best condition, as some of the PCs are not working properly. Although there is a LAN network, the connectivity is unreliable. On a positive note, the hostel is well-maintained, and the ground is spacious and in good shape and outside student are not allowed in hostel even college student.
Faculty: Teacher was qualified and supportive mainly our HOD sir, semester exams are so difficult in our college and passing marks are 40 College is sppu under curriculum is little bit hard because most of the students showing their face only exam time I personally don't recommend this college for engineering.

Our college has a good infrastructure, surrounding area, and facilities.
Placements: About 60% of students are placed every year. The highest salary package offered at our college is 9 LPA, the average is 5 LPA, and the lowest is 2.5 LPA. Most MNCs in India come to our campus for placements. They include Infosys, TCS, Capgemini, etc. The college provides internships for all students in their third year.
Infrastructure: The hostel is good, but the fee is a little high. The interior is good and clean. Rooms are big. Security and parking facilities are provided by the college. Students who want to take a hostel can contact the student section.
Faculty: Teachers are qualified. They support each student academically. The curriculum is decided by Savitri Bai Phule Pune University because the college is under it. The curriculum is good and helpful for industrial work. Exams are a little hard.

Review of Siddhant College of Engineering.
Placements: At Siddhant College, the placement percentage is very low. For admission to Siddhant College, there is no need for a high percentage. A minimum of 35% is sufficient. You can normally get 3 LPA - 4 LPA. There is high chance that you will not get any placement.
Infrastructure: Siddhant College of Engineering has some facilities. The hostel of Siddhant College of Engineering has Wi-Fi connections. Siddhant College of Engineering has some good and big classrooms. Some labs are functional, and some are not.
Faculty: The teaching staff members are not sufficient. Teachers do not come to college. Their payment is not done on time so the teachers are not regular. For passing, you need a minimum of 40% as in other colleges. Students are not ideally ready for the industry.

Great campus life! Placements - an area to improve.
Placements: During our batch, this college did not have good placements. Overall, the placements have been improving, but there is still a lot more that can be done, to ensure better profiles for the students along with acquiring great packages. There is very little industry exposure happening, in terms of guest sessions, placements, internships etc. Also, the TPO needs to do more work to get good companies to campus.
Infrastructure: Infrastructure wise the college is good. It has a great library with quite a good collection of reference books, computer lab with linux/unix installed. There is medical facility available within the campus. The sports facilities in the campus are good. The canteen is good. This college encourages a lot of extra-curricular activities.
Faculty: The teaching staff is cordial and good in terms of their knowledge. The curriculum designed is good enough to mould students, but I feel there should be more inclusion of 'Communication Skills and Corporate Trainings' in the curriculum, so that students get a fair exposure of what industry expects out of them.
