The last date of application is 27th Feb, You can download the form online and courier it to office with necessary documents. Kindly take confirmation from office if they have received it after a few days

Your score is too low. Give your best in MH-CET for MMS or if you want to get admission in PGDM you can give Feb.MAT, CMAT and MH-CET and get good score. SIES call everyone for GD-PI process and you can submit all the scores whatever you have

MH CET is the exam you have to target if you wish to apply to MMS, the cut off for SIES is around 96%+
