MAT is a national level exam. So, with MAT, you can take admission in PGDM only. The cut-off to get qualified for the interview is usually 85+ percentile. You have to crack the interview after that.

With that low score, unfortunately, it is impossible to get into a decent college anywhere in India. I suggest you reattempt CAT and/or other exams, and aim for a much higher score. Good luck!

As per the mentioned colleges, SIES will be a better option for further studies. As this college provides better academic and trims students as per today's needs so you can opt for this. Even Vasant Dadra is a good option after SIES.
