Hi,
Unfortunately, the cutoffs for an OMS candidate in top 10 colleges is 99+ percentile. You can try for PGDM in Welingkar, Sies and Dalmia.

For SIES, you have a good chance as every year, SIES cut-off for MS is around 98% and above. So, you can look forward to SIES.

In SIES, the cut-off for MMS is more than 98 percentile, so chances of getting SIES are very low.
I don't have any idea about PUMBA.
Just go through the last year's cut-off of colleges and apply for CAP round.

You have decent score. Welingkar will be a good option and then SIES, IBS. But cut-off for Welingkar goes to 98 percentile. So, the other better option you have is of SIES which is a good college. You can select better course which has

Yes, CET is considered for PGDM along with the GDPI process. Sorry for replying late, the last date was April 4, 2018.
