In general, placements at Silicon Institute of Technology, Bhubaneswar are very good. The institute maintains a very high placement rate in which almost 90% of the students get placed. In some batches, 100% placement records have also been achieved. The approximate salary package for B.Tech graduates is about INR 4-5 lakh per year, and as recently reported, packages as high as INR 28 lakh-33 lakh per year for certain years, depending on the year and specific roles offered to the students.All these big companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Capgemini and Amazon engage their resources in Silicon Institute. The college also has a dedicated placement cell which allows students' experience in internships and the job placement.
