Other exams cutoff is 99.9X percentile.

No, absolutely not. A candidate must have passed SSC, HSC and graduate with atleast minimum percentage of 50% and above(General Category) as mentioned in the DTE brochure.

Hi Sanket, yes, you will have to provide migration certificate. Procedure is mandatory and same for MMS and PG.
