As you have scored 70 percent in class 12th and 83 marks in NATA, so you are eligible to take admission in Sir JJ College of architecture, Mumbai. The basic eligibility criteria for B.Arch is 50% marks in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and English as main subjects of study from a recognised board. Admission to B.Arch. Is granted on the basis of valid score obtained in NATA or JEE Main. All the best.

With 93.6% in 12th and 124/200 marks in NATA 2019 exams and 95.40 percentile in JEE Mains paper 2 exam you may have a slightest of the chances to get admission in Sir J.J College of Architecture, try for it.
