Yes, you can pursue BCA from another college. But it is not sure that they will give admission in 2nd year or not. It is affiliated to different university that is Gujarat University. So, there are few chances to get admission in 2nd year. You can continue you BCA from Banswara. After completion, join another best college for master course that can help you for good placement. If you continue your BCA from Banswara, then you need take personal coaching fro the programmimg languages like C,C+ and Data structure etc. that are probably not available in Banswara. If you don't care about your wastage of 1 year then go to another college and start it from 1st year.
Hope this will help you.
All the very best for future.
Thanks

At this score it is very difficult to take admission in leading B-schools of India accepting MAT/CMAT Score.
Either you can retake exams like CMAT/MAT and take admission or wait for a call from the institute.

Different colleges have different fees structures, that range from few thousand to 1.5 lakhs per year. Do some research on which college suits you well. All the best !!
