It provides good infrastructure and facilities. It also has good placements for 2021.

Placements: Around 10-20% of students are placed. The average salary ranges from Rs 20,000 per month to Rs 65,000 per month. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, IBM, Cognizant, Wipro, Oracle, Amazon, Byju's, and many more. Computer science offers jobs in every famous company.

Infrastructure: This college provides a good computer laboratory with Wi-Fi facilities and air-conditioners are also available. The classrooms and not fully high-tech. It also has a library with UG students who can issue 3 books at the same time, and PG can issue 6 books. These books must be returned or renewed within 14 days otherwise fine is charged. Hostel facilities are available for girls, and the food quality in the canteen is good. Medical facilities are also good. The physical education department is not good. Sports equipment is available, but students are not permitted to use it. The gym is also provided on campus, and the physical education department does not allow to use it.

Faculty: The teaching quality is average due to changes in teachers every year. All teachers are not very good at teaching. This course does not make students industry-ready. Semester exams are not difficult. Most of the students will pass the exam, and the pass percentage is 65%.

Other: Computer science is a very job-efficient course, and it is very easy to get a job with a degree in this course. But this course needs to be improved with some high-level language. Many events, fests, and other activities are conducted every year to improve students' potential. There is a space on campus to show extracurricular activities in the evening time.

Good college for B.Sc. Geology.

Placements: Geology graduate course at SN College, Cherthala is very useful to get knowledge and hands-on experience in the field of Earth Science. As it is only a graduate-level degree, there are no campus placements offered. But most of the pass-out students of our batch got admission to pursue a Master’s degree in Geology at various reputed institutions in India and abroad, and others are pursuing other professional courses not related to Geology at reputed institutions.

Infrastructure: There are only average classroom facilities. The classroom is not equipped with digital teaching aids. There is no Wi-Fi facility at the college as well as the hostel. Hostel facility is only available for girls. Hostel food was above average at our time. There are enough reference textbooks in the library, but still, some books for specific topics should be added.

Faculty: Faculty members are very supportive, encouraging, and qualified. The quality of teaching is very good, and we can grasp the concepts clearly. The field trips and practical works make the students capable of acquiring relevant skills required to work in various geological companies as well as in the research field and higher studies. Semester exams are conducted by the University of Kerala. They are a little bit difficult to score more marks. We have to study hard and refer to additional knowledge and points.
