In Sri Venkateswara College, the whole campus environment is just like heaven.
Placements: Our college provides average placements. The average salary package offered in the marketing field is 3 LPA. The placement cell keeps on sending emails of placements even after the college is over, so it is a good thing. They provide opportunities even after the completion of college.
Infrastructure: The library of this college is good and they issue books to students for free.
Faculty: Faculty members are good enough but a few of them are not well-trained. They are unable to teach students properly and handle the class and students properly. We have a simple exam pattern. There are 2 external exams every year each semester. External exams are held 6 times in 3 years according to the semester. Exams are conducted for 75 marks. Our college gives 55 marks for internal exams by assessing our performance per semester. Internal exams are conducted for 25 marks each semester. Sri Venkateswara College is most weirdest College I found. It does not provide knowledge. They just ask about the attendance. Most of the students come to the college for attendance only.

Our college is very good.
Placements: Placement opportunities are good in our college. Many companies visit our college and provide average salary packages. Flipkart, Amazon, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, HSBC, ICICI Bank, etc., visit our college. The average salary package offered is 15 LPA.
Infrastructure: First-year students should stay in a shared room. Each room has 2 fans, a table, and a cupboard. Second-year students got separate rooms. The menu is changed every 6 months. The food served in the hostel is very good. Hostel registration is done during the college admissions process. There are many apartments near our college. The hostel fee is Rs. 95,000 per year.
Faculty: All teachers are from reputed universities. They are Ph.D. holders. The teacher-student ratio is 1:20. They have great teaching skills. Semester exams are conducted after every 6 months. Exams are easy to pass if we study well.
Other: I chose this course because it has the best teachers, and provides the best placements.

I am dissatisfied because of faculty members.
Placements: About 10% of the students got placed in our course. The average salary package offered ranges from 4 LPA - 5 LPA. TCS was the top recruiting company, and after that, it was 6 red marbles. Only 10% of the students got internships in the IT sector. However, people got placed by their search and senior guidance. They do not help to find internships, you have to find internships on yourself.
Infrastructure: The canteen on the campus was poor in hygiene. The food served was average. Wi-Fi was accessible but not enough. It was poor and not useful. Classrooms and buildings were normal, and somedays they were bad. During rainy days, you can't step in. Labs were good, and almost all the equipment were available here. Medical facilities were good, but people were not professionals. Sports and gaming were good.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college were highly qualified, and their approach towards students was very good and kind. Each class was handled with interactive sessions. The course curriculum was very relevant and useful from an exam point of view. Staffs were also encouraging to do extracurricular activities.
Other: Events and festivals were organised were somewhat worth.

The college infrastructure is very good and ofcourse the lab facilities .
Placements: Placement is maximum available for UG people and one or 2 companies for PG. Almost 70-80% strength of a class will get placed in a reputed organisation. Half of the population in biotech core companies and half in IT companies. Placement training is also offered to students by the department .
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available for all students and they will be given separate login. Labs include microbiology, biochemistry, instrumentation lab, immunology, downstream processing, computational biology and animal house. Classrooms with individual desk for PG and 2 or 3 ppl allowed per desk incase of UG with proper ventilation. There is a central library available along with digital library inside.
Faculty: Of-course the course curriculum is relevant. And the staffs also help people to progress every day. Almost all staffs are Ph.D. degree holders and they support people towards research more when compared to theory class. Assignments are made compulsory to all students.
Other: I am very much passionate about Science and hence I chosen this group. The best thing about the group is that there will be no boring sessions since equal importance is given to practical and theory class. I wish still the lab duration may be extended so that students could learn handling techniques to the fullest.

The campus life is the best.
Placements: There are no proper placements for M.Tech in Biotechnology course. The campus placements are not as expected for the postgraduate students. Our college provides good placements opportunities for undergraduate students in top companies like Infosys, CTS, TCS and Accenture.
Infrastructure: The department of biotechnology has very well-equipped lab facilities which drive the students in enthusiastic involving in research activities. Students get hands-on training experience. The department is open 24x7 for the research works. All the classrooms are equipped with projectors. The canteen is quite good. Our college provides well-maintained basketball court and cricket ground.
Faculty: Faculty members in our college are well-qualified and knowledgeable. Almost all the faculty members have completed their doctorates in their respective fields. They provide good encouragement for the students in research activities and provide the timely help. The choice-based credit system is truly student-friendly, and it provides adequate knowledge for the students to meet the industry needs.
Other: Our college provides great exposure to the students in academic-oriented and extracurricular activities.
