It is one of the best-known colleges in Bangalore.
Placements: Very few students were placed in this course. The highest salary package offered was 6 LPA. The lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. There were no internships in our college. Around 20% of students got placed in our course.
Infrastructure: Our college provides a huge library. Classrooms were very good. Our campus was not Wi-Fi enabled. Sports were also available and the canteen was affordable. Our college also has a radio station which provides good exposure to students who took journalism.
Faculty: Teachers have good knowledge of their field. Semester exams are good if students study properly. Our course curriculum is decided by Bangalore University. Our college is autonomous. Faculty members are friendly and helpful.
Other: Our campus atmosphere is very good. Many activities and events are conducted in our college.

I am highly satisfied with our college, and it has molded me.
Placements: Almost 75% of the students of our batch got placed, and many went for higher studies. The lowest salary offered was Rs. 15,000 per month, and the highest salary offered was Rs. 30,000 per month with allowances. Out of 60 students, 20 students got placed in the media field, and many students got placed in local newspapers companies. Top roles offered were junior reporter, online reporter, and video editor.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in the whole college, and all the classrooms are smart. Teachers always utilize the facilities of smart classrooms well. The hostel food was good, and the warden was also good. The hostel has a prayer hall, and the mess is also very neat and tidy. The coat in rooms is mostly of wood.
Faculty: Teachers are the best, and some of them have very good knowledge. There was an annoying teacher as well. The course curriculum is much relevant. Semester exams have completely indirect questions, which helps us to study.
Other: I have chosen this course because I wanted to be a journalist, and now I am pursuing PG in Aloysius. We have a lot of opportunities to portray our skills.

Review of St. Aloysius (deemed to be university).
Placements: A large number students get placements in the same company that they do their internships in. An average package of Rs. 20,000 can be expected. GAIS had come for campus recruitment. There are a lot of job fairs and opportunities, especially for students of commerce and Science.
Infrastructure: Since the college is located near a court, the mobile data range also suffers. Computer labs are well-equipped and maintained. The classrooms in the admin block are old and the benches are broken. The library is well maintained and has a lot of books and materials that can be helpful for students. There is also a reference section in the library. There are no clocks in the classrooms, which proves to be a great disadvantage.
Faculty: The teachers are well qualified and knowledgeable. They are ready to go out of their way to help students. Concepts are taught in a simplified manner. The course curriculum is relevant. The exams and internal assessments happen too frequently, which tends to stress out students.
Other: The fests are conducted with a last. Extracurricular activities also happen often. Students are required to enroll themselves in different associations that help build their character. The Mother Theresa Pace Park is a great hangout spot for the students on campus but due to strict rules, students are not allowed to crowd around there anymore, which is one thing that I personally don't like about the college.

    Good infrastructure and campus life!
Placements: Only a few companies come for placements, as most of the students want to pursue their higher studies I. ie Masters/ M.A. But the students that want to join companies must meet a certain criteria to be selected. All students have a rural exposure programme in all three years that is counted as internship, this is compusary for all.
Infrastructure: The infrastrucutre of the campus is amazing. It is a huge campus. All necessary facilities are provided for all the departments such as Labs, Classrooms, and a Library. The canteen food is good. The sports and games facilities are excellent. The girls hostel isn't that great, would recommend off campus housing.
Faculty: The teachers are very qualified, helpful and knowledgeable. The quality of teaching is also very good. The course curriculum is revelant and up to date, it is revised every 3 years. The teachers not only focus on academics, they also help in the holistic development of the students. In the 3 years spent, the students are industry ready.

    A Whole College Experience .
Placements: I am still studying the course, so there are no students placed yet. But we do have constant Alumni meets where our pass out student's batches inspire us with what they've done. Especially on a subject called Psychology. You not only get insights into human behavior, but you know how people think in a particular way. My very own cousin passed out in the year 2002 and went to pursue her further studies in NIMHANS, Bangalore, and now is a full-fledged clinical psychologist working in Bangalore. Roles in this particular course would be a Psychologist, Journalist, teacher.
Infrastructure: The Infrastructure of the college is really good. The college provides a great ambiance for students to have a positive outlook throughout the whole day. The Psychology and Journalism department also have fully equipped materials for the course. Classrooms are big enough to take in several 100 students each in a class. The library is very resourceful, books from subject references to autobiographies. It also provides you with an option of borrowing subject wise books for a year to keep as a reference. Personally, I love going to the library as it's very peaceful to even study during free hours. I don't stay in the college hostel, since I was late to join in. But I have friends who tell me it is good. The food is bearable. There is a canteen for all cravings. The college is situated in such an area where there is an end number of good food chains from good healthy food to tasty delicious delicacies. It also plays a very good part in providing opportunities to students in practicing and participating in sports competitions from inter-class, inter-college to national and international levels. Their options include Cricket, Basketball, Handball, Volleyball, Football, Baseball to even hockey, and that is for both men and women.
Faculty: Yes, the teachers are very knowledgeable and well qualified too. The proven example is our alumni, especially from the journalism and psychology department. Teachers make you ready for the later years after graduating college that is making us practically engage in subject-related activities.
Other: I wanted this course solely for Psychology. I've been a Science student in class 11th and class 12th and have zero knowledge about psychology. But even during the years of Studying PCMB, I knew what I wanted. Yes, there is a backflow of not having a B.Sc. Psychology in India very widely. But taking a B.A. in Psychology is the same as B.Sc. I like how our teachers connect our subject related matter to our daily life. I know people say arts won't give us placements but so our other courses. If you don't like what you do and you don't work hard on that, no placement would take you further. The subject interest matters a lot here. Events are great here. Especially the inter-class fests that is Utsav. The healthy competition between classes makes you more engaged and interactive with your fellow peers. And there are lots of competitions for every occasion. After class hours that is from 4 pm, a number of competitions take place at least every week.

A review on St. Aloysius (Deemed to be University).
Placements: I do not know the exact details, however, I do know that there is a good amount of placements that the college provides to students who want it. There is a good amount of partnership the college has procured with well-renowned companies to allow placements.
Infrastructure: I love the facilities provided to us by the college for our respective courses and coursework. On account of the amount paid as fees, the provided facilities, classrooms, library, labs, etc. are above the paid amount. The quality is good and everything is repaired whenever any damage is noticed.
Faculty: The faculty are more than helpful and are always ready to answer any questions or queries the students have. The curriculum is up to standard for Literature, however, not so much for Animation. A lot can be brought up to date for what the course offers for Animation.
Other: The campus life is above standard and well-qualified for a place to study. There are regular events and good participation. Every week, something would be happening and the life is active on campus.
