If you get admission in it you may get the TC from your college, then you can get it, if St Josephs has responded to it.

Yes, you should be able to handle that. Though it isn't easy, if you have prepared well, you should be able to ace it. I've even witnessed a lot of medical students (who also studied math) succeed in JEE. By the way, you shouldn't have chosen commerce as your path if you wanted to pursue engineering. Students toil for years with JEE as their primary goal if you keep it as a side choice. You can't possibly make JEE your second choice, though it's not impossible but will take some serious hard work.

For BBA you need to give an Entrance Exam by the college and 75 percent in Class 12th would be enough if you crack the entrance test and interview.

The cut off is too high for BCom. It is around 90% for General Merit, 75% for SC/ST and for Christian Catholic it is easy to get admission with 60% as Joseph's is a Christian minority College.

Placements: The university has a Department of Career Development which pays special attention to bringing the companies to the college. However, the major scope of placements in the college is the IT sector. The packages vary from 24 Lacs to even 3.5 Lacs. Among the recruiters include Amazon, Direct, Microsoft etc. The job roles offered are Software Developer, Network Engineer, Data Analyst etc.
Infrastructure: The college has a well-furnished infrastructure with a continuously growing campus. There are different grounds where students can play different sports. Also, the hostel rooms are well maintained. We are only provided with four-seater rooms. Also, due to a large number of students, initially, there were problems with accommodation but the university provided more hostels and accommodation facilities for the students. There is also a department of student welfare where students will be helped with all their grievances.
Faculty: The course design of the university is quite good. However, the quality of delivery of study material is not satisfactory. Due to the packed schedules and large syllabus, often students have to take extra classes to complete lectures and due to the process, the quality of lectures decreases.
Other: The university organizes a cultural fest as well as tech-fest every year. Also, different departments of the university have their own events list and fests. There is also an entrepreneurship event-Effectus and Abdul Kalam Innovation Conclave that AIMS at bringing new ideas and helping students to complete them.

St Joseph college fix number of seats as per the various board examinations i.e CBSC, ICSE, and various other state boards. So the Cutoff will depend on the board you are studying in class 12th
CBSE - 95% - 96%
ICSE - 91% - 92%
Andhra Board - 96% - 97%
Karnataka PU - 94%
And you are asking for the Karnataka board so it's 94% and it's conduct classes in two shifts like morning and evening.
