Eligibility:Academic Qualification: One must clear the 10+2 level examination from any recognised board with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as obligatory subjects. In regard to obtaining the minimum percentages, it differs for each category- General, Backward Classes, etc. For the current year, check the official website or look out the prospectus by this college.Entrance Exam: Admission to B.E. / B.Tech programs at SJCE is mainly through your score in the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) entrance exam.Selection Process:TNEA Application: Apply and appear for the TNEA entrance exam. The application window usually opens in December.Ranking and Counselling: Thereafter, based on the obtained score in TNEA, a ranking would be assigned. The subsequent stages involve TNEA rounds of counselling where candidates have to choose colleges of interest as well as preferred courses and can also apply to SJCE. The allotted seats depend upon rank secured in TNEA, college preference and the available seats.
