It is one of the top reputed colleges in Bangalore.
Placements: Almost 50% of students who passed out within the stipulated time period and got placed. Google, Facebook, Amazon, Accenture, Deloitte, etc., companies come here for placements. The college is value for money. Overall, it is a good college.
Infrastructure: Wi-Fi is available in every block, and it has a good infrastructure. It has a good canteen, gym and good indoor play arenas. Emergency medical facilities are available. The college has a huge library, including a digital library, which is very helpful for all the students.
Faculty: The teaching quality is good. The teachers are very friendly, and the syllabus gets updated every 3 years to keep the trend alive, and the marks scheme and semester exam scheme are not that difficult. The pass percentage for UG is 40% overall, whereas for PG, it's 50% overall.

Review of SJC Bangalore - St. Joseph's College.
Placements: There is a placement cell in our college, where you can get the details of the meeting and companies that come for placements. You will get all the details from the placement cell. If you do well, you will get placed. I am not aware of offers, but Goldman Sachs visited here recently. The highest package offered was 15 LPA, and the lowest package was 5 LPA. Around 60% of students got placed here. My plan is to do Masters in my interesting subject.
Infrastructure: St. Joseph's College in Bengaluru has a magnificently designed hostel for men with all the necessary amenities for boarding and other recreational activities. The hostel has its own canteen that provides healthy and hygienic food to the students. The canteen is maintained well on a contract basis.
Faculty: The department has 14 faculty members. All the faculty members have completed their M.Phil and are on the verge of completing their Ph.D. All the students and faculty are actively involved in the research. The students ought to prepare a term paper that is a culmination of a certain amount of research performed by the students on a topic of their choice as approved by the department. The students are guided continuously during the process by the teachers. All the final-year students have to develop and complete a project for an organisation outside the college. The students need to have a deep awareness of the existing environment and produce workable solutions, ensuring that they have sufficient exposure and preparedness for a challenging career in the field.

If a student gives 100% of his interest, then he will get more than that from the teachers.
Placements: SJC offers good placements but not the best. The college makes sure that its students are placed well and they have a financially secured future. Each domain gets good and reputed companies with decent packages. If the students get good percentages, they will get placements with good packages.
Infrastructure: All the students are provided with good Wi-Fi which only works for browsing. Labs and classrooms are maintained cleanly. Library has many books which help us to get good marks. Every student is free to select which sport he wants to play and there are no objections to that.
Faculty: Every teacher has good experience in both theory and practical concepts. The concepts help the students to learn more about the subject. The student should not only read the concepts explained by the professor he/she should read the textbooks and reference books to gain good marks.

It is a great college with awesome campus life. It develops every student holistically.
Placements: Almost everyone who attends for placements got placed. The salary package offered ranges between 2-4 LPA. The internship is not a necessary component of this course, so many students did not do an internship. We get great support from the faculty for research and paper publishing in all the streams.
Infrastructure: The college is equipped with good facilities, great infrastructure and well-occupied laboratories. Wi-Fi facility is enabled all around the college, and every student is given access to it during their admission process. A hostel facility is available for boys, which is situated within the college compound.
Faculty: Every department has well-experienced and helpful teachers who work towards the holistic development of students. Teachers who enrol for this particular course are most probably research-oriented and prefer to continue their studies. More importance is given towards preparing students for academic benefits, and not much effort is put into making them industry-ready. Every semester students are marked based on their performance in their mid-semester and finals. Proper guidance is given towards exam preparations, and a perfect question paper is set. The pass percentage is 50%.
Other: Our college conducts inter-college fests every year. Various other events are also conducted on a regular basis which makes college life awesome. Through various associations, students make great connectivity with people all over the world.

The oldest and the Best College.
Placements: The placement is really helpful as the college gives exposure to the students in various aspects as it greatly helps the students to do well in their placements. That being said companies like Wipro, Infosys, Declathon. Etc. Come for campus selections and the rate of selections is really high, on an average 9 out 10 students applying get placed.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure is really amazing as this is one of the oldest colleges in Bangalore. With excellence in all aspects from the computer lab to a B.Voc studio, it is really amazing. The administration is also constructing 2 new blocks which is the sports block and the administration block. Each with its own different purpose. The ground is very well polished and it's also noted that many sports players have been trained here from scratch.
Faculty: The faculty is very maintained. From teaching to extracurricular to sports. The students are given various exposure not only to prepare them for job but also to prepare them for life. The teachers here are highly motivated and have a lot of teaching experience.
Other: The college also provides students with 30 MBPS Wi-Fi. NCC is one of the oldest and the best organisation in the college and the state with more than 100 officers commissioned in the army alone since the starting of the NCC troop. NSS is also one of the main organisation of the college serving the need of the under privileged people. Apart from all this the college has its very own outreach wing which undertakes n number of social service activities.
