Look, for BCA (as it is software engineering), it is programming. So, math is compulsory. Without maths, you won't get the admission.

Yes, a minimum of 75%. There are marks for attendance. If one fails to attend at least 75% classes for each subject he/she has to pay condonation fees. And if one's attendance is below 60% in any subject, library hours comes to the rescue. If
