Hi Puneet,
Congratulations on securing such amazing marks!
Firstly, for B.Com the percentage for all the boards are different, like for CBSE, last year it was 93% and ISC it was 95% and for state board it was 88%, for merit listing. You can definitely apply for the course and wait for the result, if not 1st list then you might stand a chance in the second list. Link for B.Com:- http://www.sxccal.edu/admissions/SXCAdmission2018/UG8102/infoBCOM.htm.
Secondly for BMS, you have to sit for an entrance exam, and thus the proper aggregate percentage including the board marks and test marks will make you eligible for admission. The cut off are pretty high as well. Link for BMS: http://www.sxccal.edu/admissions/SXCAdmission2018/UG8102/infoBMS.htm.
The link below will provide you the eligibility criteria for both. http://www.sxccal.edu/admissions/SXCAdmission2018/UG8102/EligibilityCriteria.htm.
Do apply for both if required, I am sure you are going to make it through.
Wishing you good luck!
