Star Aviation Academy Admission 2023: Eligibility, Fee, Application & Selection Criteria

A. The academy offers two courses in the Aviation field. Star Aviation Academy Gurgaon approved by Director General of Civil Aviation, Government of India offers Aircraft Maintenance Engineering courses in Category B1.1(Turbine Aircraft - Mechanical) and B2( Avionics). After completing Class 12, candidates can apply for AME course.

A. The mode application for admission is online by filling the prescribed form. The application fee is INR 1,000. Check below the steps to apply for Star Aviation Gurgaon admission:

1. Visit the official website, https://staraviationindia.org/.
2. Click on registration form on the Home page.
3. Fill the details and submit the form.
4. Pay the application fee.

Documents required at the time of application

1. Scanned photograph in JPG format
2. Class 10 and Class 12 marksheet (if already passed) otherwise, only Class10

A. Admission to Star Aviation Academy Gurgaon AME course is based on merit in the last qualifying exam. Once shortlisted, candidates are required to submit the below-mentioned documents for admission:

1. Date of birth certificate or Matric certificate which has Date of Birth
2. Marksheet of Class 12 (PCM) or diploma marksheet (Original should be submitted when received for confirmation of admission)
3. Migration Certificate (Original). It can be deposited later when received
4. Character Certificate (To be submitted when received from School)
5. Five passport-size colour photographs
6. Admission fee (INR 40,000). Fee may be paid in form of DD drawn in favor of ‘Star Aviation Academy’ payable at New Delhi or through Net-banking or in cash at Academy
7. Medical certificate from MBBS Doctor for physical fitness and color/night vision. In case medical certificate is not submitted admission will be provisional till medical certificate is submitted. Medical certificate form can be downloaded from the website
8. Self attested copy of Aadhaar Card (Optional)

Note: Printout of marksheet from CBSE website will be acceptable for provisional admission.

A. The total fee for two-year AME course is INR 5.05 lakh. After completion of the selection rounds, candidates need to pay a fee to confirm their seat. In case, a candidate is unable to pay the fee within the specified time, his or her admission will stand cancelled. Apart from the fee, candidates also need to pay an application fee of INR 1,000 in the start for registration. 

A. Candidates who have passed Class 12 in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics or equivalent or three-year AICTE-approved Diploma in Engineering (EE, ME, ECE, ANE) is accepted as equivalent to Class 12 (PCM) are eligible to apply for AME course. Other branches of Diploma need to submit a certificate of equivalence. He or she also needs to be physically fit to apply for the course. Candidates appearing for these examinations can also apply.
