On the other hand, SLEWS holds government recognition and offers comprehensive e-learning solutions, including course development and accreditation services. Choosing between them hinges on individual preferences regarding education quality, infrastructure, and fees. Hello Mohit, a student or a person who has completed his diploma in engineering can seek admission directly into second year of engineering of 4 year degree course. The institute that you are talking about does not mention that it is either a deemed to be university or the degree awarded by it will be recognised by a university that is approved by the UGC. in view of this I feel that your efforts and money will be futile if you went out in this institute for study. Best way for you to obtain the degree is to go for AMIE certification. This is equivalent to degree in all respects. I am attaching the link of the institute and you can see for yourself that no where they either claim or give out anything about there's been a recognised institution by UGC or AICTE.

Admission to the 3rd Semester or 2nd year of B-tech is possible after completing Diploma. This is called lateral entry. Many private colleges take their own entrance exam for that. You can contact directly to the particular college where you want to take admission.
It depends on the college whether that college is accepting direct admission or not.
In most of the cases, no entrance exam is required if you have secured 60% in the final year of Diploma.
