In the final i.e. 6th-semester students become eligible for campus placements. In recent times Deloitte has selected around 15 students at an annual salary of 4 Lakhs. The 2nd company Equity has hired only 3 students at an annual salary of 8 Lakhs. But the placement cell will improve over time. Around 70- 80% of the students got placements who have applied in the placement cells.

Only candidates fulfilling the minimum eligibility criteria set by the institute will be considered for final selection. Candidates who have passed or will be passing Class 12 are eligible to appear for the NPAT exam. NPAT exam is conducted for admission to BA, BBA, BCom, and BSc courses offered by different campuses of NMIMS. Candidates are selected for admission based on NPAT exam scores.

Additional, PhD admissions for the academic year 2023-24 are also open. The deadline to submit applications is July 16, and the entrance test and personal interview (PI) will take place on July 22.
