{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}Is B.E./B.Tech at Swarna Bharathi Institute of Science and Technology (SBIST, Khammam) a good choice? Based on the feedback from students and alumni, here are the key points:Teaching Quality* Faculty members are helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable, making efforts to explain concepts clearly.* Teachers adapt to individual students' needs, providing additional guidance whenever required.Curriculum* Course curriculum is relevant to industry requirements, preparing students for real-world applications.* Exams are moderately challenging, requiring students to apply theoretical knowledge practically.Placements* Around 60% of students secure placements annually, with the highest package reaching up to INR14-20 LPA.* Recruiters include top companies like TCS, IBM, Amazon, Google, and Core Electronic firms.Infrastructure and Facilities* College has good infrastructure, including Wi-Fi connectivity, laboratories, classrooms, and a library.* Facilities like canteen, mess, and medical services are also available.Overall AssessmentWhile SBIST, Khammam seems to offer a good learning environment and decent placement prospects, students may need to work harder to achieve high grades due to moderately challenging exams. However, the faculty's willingness to help and the relevance of the curriculum suggest that the institution is a viable option for those seeking a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Technology.
