Without applying for entrance test it is impossible to get admission to MBA in SIBM so you will have to try next year now

No the UG degree does not affect MBA. You can have any UG degree and do an MBA post that. You just need to perform well in the MBA phase and have nice credentials for your UG. The type of UG degree does not affect much.

You may get admission in MBA college but in placement it will be tough to get shortlisted for few companies that have gap rules but then again your overall profile will be evaluated in shortlisting for MBA and placements

U need to do graduation first and then u need to give SNAP exam and score enough to qualify for GD-PI processes.

Both are same if you intend to do a job, but you plan on getting a PHd after that you will need additional certificate from your university claiming that PGDM is equivalent to MBA.

No 2.5 years wont be a problem but ya work ex more than 3 years starts causing problems in placements and internships

There is no profile based cutoff in snap. It will be flat around 98 percentile for all profiles. Your profile only helps you in GD PI WAT and your profile is good for the same,.
