Yes you have a chance to get a final seat, though it totally depends on the number of candidates that cancel their admission. Keep checking the waitlist movement. All The Best!

In my batch overall 58% students have work experience but very few have work experience more than 4 years. In my opinion, it will be around 4-5% of entire batch.

The test for each company is different some take aptitute some take psychometric so you really cannot generalise the test process for placements, some dont even take tests rather just shortlist on basis of CV. You can check the companies that

Fees for SIBM is 14.5 lc for all categories details of which you can find at http://www.sibm.edu/welcome/mba_fees_structure howvever if you top snap exam you can get a scholarship so by that way you can fund your education
