I think these colleges can give you better exposure but you need proper scores as well in the asked management exams to get in these but yes you can take SIIB into consideration as well because it's a good college at the end of the day and if you get finance as your specialisation then it's perfect because it is better as compared to the other specialisations.

Yes, hostel accommodation is compulsory in any MBA institute of Symbiosis.Moreover it is also included in your fees. Mess food is also compulsory but you can opt to eat elsewhere however it is a part of your fees.
Hostel attendance is daily taken at 10pm after which you cannot leave the hostel. However, you can enter the hostel late as per your convenience.
Hostel facility here for EE is good. its a 3 sharing room with basic amenities like- 24 hrs hot water, cupboard, table and also staff to clean the rooms.
You are allowed to leave the hostel for a night out or going home by prior permission from the institute u usually get.
The students from SIIB,SCMHRD and SCIT stay together and also get the same facilities.
