Symbiosis Institute of Technology, Pune offers admission to BTech programme based on JEE Main or any other State Engineering Entrance Exam. Aspirants who have not appeared for any of these entrance exams can appear for SITEEE. SIT Engineering Entrance Exam (SITEEE) is conducted by Symbiosis International (Deemed University). It is held every year for admission to the engineering programme of Symbiosis International (Deemed University). There are three sections in the SITEEE exam: Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. The duration of the SITEEE examination is 60 minutes, which is one hour. Once selected, candidates with their names on the merit list are required to pay the programme fee to confirm their seat in the institute.

Yes, Symbiosis Institute of Technology Pune accepts GATE scores for admission to M.Tech programme. Aspirants who have not passed or appeared for GATE, can take admission by appearing for the SIT Entrance Exam. Selected candidates are then further called for a personal interview round.
