Your score are okey to clear the cutoff for SIOM. Decision to choose between the two is upto you because the courses provided by the two are different. If you wish to pursue a career in operations SIOM is a good option.

Chances are fair. You should wait till the last round where seats get vacant by April or May. If not, you can get SIBM Hyderabad which is a better brand than Munjal.
