I am sorry but you have to have to go through CAT or XAT.
6 years ago I failed in maths in 12th & completed the final year of B.Com yesterday. I know I'll get around 60% and if I go for GMAT & score about 650.

A 650 score in GMAT is very fine. You will fetch a good college with that score. Besides, you will be questioned on you scores for sure.

If you want to apply in any of these colleges you have to pay the application fee which varies across institutes. This fee is there regardless of your percentile.

With 82.39 percentile, the chances are less for a fresher.

Hi Shaunak,
With regards to LIBA, the previous year cutoff for CAT was significantly higher and it is highly unlikely that you will get a call. Good luck!
