It means that currently you are not granted admission yet but you can wait for other lists.

It should be good enough but your profile is equally important. So prepare well for the interview too.

By all means TAPMI. First of all brand name and ranking then aacsb accreditation next higher ranking than both the other colleges due to which you have more academically competitive environment and better job opportunities.

50% chance is getting converted and I think before the end of April all the lists should be out.

I am joining for 2016 batch. Is it true that the gender ratio of female joining the institutes is quite low?

Yes the ratio is close to 40% of female candidates but it doesn't seem low the distribution in each section is appropriate in terms of male and female. You won't feel that it is low.

TAPMI has 100% placement including bkfs. The job opportunities are in finance and banking industry. Ranging from finance consulting to investment banking.

We do not calculate details of placement for individual streams. The average package this year was Rs 9.4 lacs across all branches, including finance. We had quite a few banks and other financial institutions hiring for finance this year. As far as Tapmi goes, it is certainly good for finance, but I would put it in the same league as Somaiya. However, Somaiya definitely has a location advantage, being in the heart of the financial capital of India.

I think all the banks are equally fine but syndicate bank might be more helpful because it is closely associated with tapmi
