Doctoral-level courses about, Research Methodology, Research and Publication Ethics, Quantitative Methods of Research, Pedagogical Issues in Teaching, Research Proposal Writing, and area-specific courses are expected to be completed during the course work.

PhD at TAPMI Manipal requires submission of research work done during the stipulated course duration of four years.
