Telangana Social Welfare Residential Law College for Women, students in most cases, they are prohibited from possessing mobile phones inside class to ensure that disruptions are curbed. However, mobile phones may be allowed in hostels of outside class time but under certain regulation formulated by the college authority. The policy is simple and is meant to discourage students from becoming distracted during lectures most of which are delivered in a classroom setting. Understanding is expected from students, and any form of breaching results in punishment. These policies are, however, subject to change and so students should refer to the latest college regulations.
