You can still try for MMS, it is not possible but if you are good enough and perform well in your GD/PI rounds for PGDM course, you can still get through.

The cut-off for Hindi minority is pretty low where CET is a compulsion, it can be as low as 60-65 percentile but it can also be as high as 80 percentile.

Past studies for Thakur doesn't matter, what matters is which course you want to get in.
For MMS you need to score minimum 88-90 percentile in the Open category and around 60 in Hindi linguistic minority.

Hi, you can pursue you masters from Thakur.
Your graduation marks are not bad, but for masters, you'll have to give CET which will provide you an opportunity for PGDM and MMS course as well.

Hi, if you are applying from Hindi quota then the minimum score would be around 65 percentile in MH-CET. NMAT scores are not accepted and CAT scores are also considered less because for Hindi quota. The score is already low, for Open category

For Thakur, companies come for general category ( freshers or experienced are not evaluated separately). Later on during your interview, you can talk to them but again that depends entirely on the companies visiting.

The placements are decent, not bad though, but with an option of different job roles from each company.
