Yes, you can apply. You need to have 60% marks through out.

Sorry, to say this, you are not eligible for that, because it's base cutoff is 75%
6 years ago I got 8.6 CGPA in 10th, 55% in PCM 12th and 70% in B.Tech mechanical engineering. Am I eligible for this course?
