I personally believe that if one wants to pursue B.Com, then it is always advisable to pursue from a University recognised by UGC especially if there has to be a choice taken between the two as mentioned in the question, then University of Mumbai, Fort Campus is the best option. The Institute of Computer Accountants is just a private institution which will be there only to earn a profit. This is what I have personally observed in cases of such private institutions. However, not all the institutions are same. Here in this comparison the University of Mumbai is far more ahead of such institutions and has great alumni and faculty members for imparting their knowledge. I hope this would suffice.
