From an open-air amphitheater for cultural events and celebrations, a fully-equipped gym facility, Wi-Fi access, a common lobby where students can read newspapers and magazines, a separate room for watching TV, washing machines on each floor, and hot water geysers with 24 hours water supply. The hostel kitchen is well-stocked and has a multi-cuisine option with a different menu each day. On alternate days, snacks and fruits are available.

Theatre workshops, State-level debate competitions, inter-collegiate cultural festivals, talks and seminars, and quiz competitions students at NIE are given the opportunity to participate in various cultural activities based on their interests. All the activities planned in the college are designed carefully to give the students exposure to different worldviews on current issues and trends, debate competitions tackling subjects of social relevance, discussions on topics such as philosophy, Science, and technology, and music competitions. There is nothing particular like the best course at NIE. They treat all courses as equal. All facilities empower your knowledge.But yes if you are asking in the perspective to the placement then IT sector obviously has more scope just like other colleges but also NIE is more famous for its Mechanical department also. You have wider scope in artificial intelligence and machines learning also as there are 2 campuses of NIE. These courses which are newly introduce will give you a better scope in future.

There are two girls hostel one inside campus and one outside. Also there is one boys hostel which is big. You get PG's without food and also with food which are located near to college.
