Yes, you can get admission in TSM, work experience is not a criterion to get admission for MBA/PGDM in TSM.
Eligibility cut-off in TSM:

Yes, it depends on your non-complacency to learn and extract value from the resources provided here at TSM. Totally, for all trimesters, exam fee will come around Rs.16000, as each paper exam fee is around Rs.500.
