TIPS School of Management, in general, is considered to be a tier 2 institution. Business schools that fall under the Tier 2 category do offer quality education and industry exposure coupled with good placement opportunities, though not of the national or international recognition associated with Tier 1 institutes, the most prestigious ones with wider global connections. Although TIPS boasts excellent academic programs and significant industry connections, particularly throughout India, it is rarely considered one of the elite business schools. Nevertheless, it remains a reputable school with a well-rounded curriculum and support for its students.
