As per reports, NEET 2025 will not have any sectional time limits. The National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) is the sole entrance test for admission to undergraduate medical and paramedical courses offered in India. NEET 2024 exam pattern stated that it was a paper-pencil-based test (PBT) or offline test of three hours and 20 minutes duration. The exam consisted of 200 questions from Physics, Chemistry and Biology, out of which 180 questions had to be attempted. The questions were objective-type and carried multiple choices or four answer options. The correct answer option had to be marked by shading the corresponding circle on the OMR sheet with a blue/black ballpoint pen provided at the test centre. According to the NEET 2024 exam pattern and structure, each subject was divided into two sections, Section A and Section B, carrying 35 and 15 questions respectively. While it was compulsory to attempt all 35 questions in Section A, in Section B, candidates had to attempt 10 out of 15 questions.

The admission process for MBA programs in India usually starts in the months of October-November and continues till June-July. The application deadline for each B-school may vary, but generally, B-schools keep their admission process open until May-June. MAT exams are usually conducted four times a year - in February, May, September, and December. If you are planning to take the MAT exam in May 2020, it's important to check the application deadlines for the B-schools you are interested in. Ideally, you should complete the MAT exam and apply to B-schools well before their application deadlines. This gives you enough time to receive your exam score, shortlist your preferred B-schools, and complete the application process. It's also important to note that some B-schools have a rolling admission process, which means they accept applications and review them as they come in. In such cases, it's better to apply early to maximize your chances of getting accepted. Therefore, I would advise you to research the admission process and application deadlines of the B-schools you are interested in, and plan your MAT exam and application accordingly. Yes, it is possible to pursue an MBA in HR management while working. In fact, many professionals choose to pursue an MBA while continuing to work in their current job.
Here are some tips on how to manage both:
Choose a flexible program: Look for an MBA program that offers flexibility in terms of course delivery and schedule. Many universities and business schools offer part-time, online or weekend MBA programs that are designed for working professionals. These programs allow you to balance your work and study commitments.
Manage your time effectively: Create a study schedule that works for you and stick to it. Make sure you prioritize your time and dedicate enough time to both work and study. You may need to sacrifice some leisure time, but it will be worth it in the end.
Communicate with your employer: Inform your employer that you are pursuing an MBA and discuss your plans with them. You may be able to negotiate a flexible work schedule or receive support from your employer in terms of tuition reimbursement or study leave.
Stay motivated: Pursuing an MBA while working can be challenging, but it's important to stay motivated and focused on your goals. Keep reminding yourself of why you chose to pursue the MBA and the benefits it will bring to your career.
Seek support: Reach out to classmates, professors, or a mentor for support and guidance throughout the program. You can also join online communities or study groups to connect with other MBA students and share experiences.
Remember, pursuing an MBA while working requires commitment and dedication, but it can be a rewarding experience that can enhance your career opportunities and earning potential in the long run.
