Doing B.E. / B.Tech/ B.Arch through distance mode is not valid as per UGC guidelines. So never be pursue. B.Arch through regular mode is the best option. Further both courses also can not be pursue simultaneously through regular mode.

Yes you can but one in regular and the other in distance mode, Law cannot be pursued in distance mode, check for universities offering MCA in distance mode like Sikkim Manipal University, but It will be very tough for you to pursue two degrees
