Hi
Tripude is more popular for its BBA BCA MBAs and vocational courses. You can click on its website which tell you the details of the courses. I would suggest check for an enterprising college which would give you a name and fame you deserve as it is a matter of life. The best college which gives you the best academic facilities of good faculty, infrastructure, live projects, seminars, exposure, platform, scholarships, placements etc. Should be checked. You can check on LPU which offers not only good exposure but also a good slab of scholarships including the one based on covid. Click on its web site and you can check the details along with the scholarship for you. Decide carefully for a fruitful future. All the best !

Hi,
Product Design as a design field involves designing or creating products that will be used by consumers. Product Design is related to all the work that is done between an idea coming to mind and finally seeing the product in the hands of the customer. It is not necessary that a product designer always designs new products. Designers can also take inspiration from existing products or can also redesign and update existing models like in mobile phones we see every year.
Aspirants can pursue a course in product design at the Undergraduate as well as Postgraduate level. Since the question doesn't clarify which level, I'll be providing info for both the UG and PG level courses.
At Undergraduate level, initially there is an option for B.Des Product Design programme to start with, which is a course of 4 years duration.
After completing a UG level course, there is an option to pursue higher education. M.Des is a masters programme which is a Postgraduate level course that can be pursued for another 2 years to get excellence in your selected design field.
If you do not wish to pursue PG course, you can opt to pursue a job in Product Design just after completing your B.Des where the most common profile that you can fetch after completing such a course is to become a Product Designer. Later also you can pursue the masters and then you can grow your career in the field.
Some popular options you can consider for this course will be like NID Ahmedabad, Institute of Design Pune, VIT Vellore, IIT, Amity University Noida, IILM University Gurugram, Lovely Professional University Punjab, Symbiosis Institute of Design Pune, FDDI Noida etc.
At this time, one of the best option to consider would be IILM University Gurugram. Here you get the course with an added advantage of Liberal Education in their curriculum with good and advanced pedagogy in teaching. Its focuses on going beyond aesthetics and technical expertise helping students to design, create and inspire.
Today's designers rely on current market trends using innovation in digital technology blended with aesthetic solutions for a product or service and this you can well grasp from an international level institute only which operates with global collaborations. You can visit their website to apply for the programme or to enquire more.

Hello,
It is very nice to hear from you that you are working professional and is now desirous of completing your engineering degree. Here I will like to add a word of caution. UGC has directed all universities to stop offering professional courses under distance mode of education. Hence this route is not for you. But yes, in the place where you are living presently if there are engineering colleges present and available you need to approach the administrative staff to find out which of these colleges offers part time courses. It differs from college to college and the way it conducts the classes. They also will tell you about the fees which they charge and the total duration for which you will need to study. Best wishes to you.
