Well since you are already working in Sales and Marketing profile so I guess it will be difficult for you to pursue MBA in a regular curriculum otherwise I Would have suggested you go for regular course. However if you cannot do a regular course, you can search Symbiosis university Distance MBA programme or some Government university distance learning programme. Also for your knowledge you can do some certificate courses that will help you in your profile as for the time being.

Hi Shahid,
If you are sincere, serious and honest in your preparation - then 3 months preparation is enough. Otherwise 1 year of preparation should help.

No, absolutely not, this is a wrong thinking.
CA (Chartered Accountant)-You can certainly opt for this, if you are interested in accounts, law and economics. It takes about 5 years to finish this entire course and has an age limit of up to 50 years. It includes subjects like Fundamentals of accounting, Quantitative aptitude, Mercantile Law, General Economics, General English & Business Communication. Government Jobs - SSC, Bank PO or Indian Railways- Now who doesn't want a government job. It has many perks and benefits, good salary, job security, medical and retirement benefits and many more. Bank PO (Probationary Officer) is an assistant manager of Scale I in the bank; also known as Scale I officer. To secure this job, you must clear the Bank Exams through various public-sector banks across India like SBI PO CWE, Canara Bank PO, IBPS PO etc. SSC exams are another set of popular exams at the graduate level for jobs in the central government. Railways: If you want to go for Railways, you have to clear Railways Recruitment Board (RRB) exams like Railway Officers Examination, Railway Ticket Checker Exam, Assistant Station Master Exam, Railway Assistant Loco Pilot Exam, Railway Apprentices Exam, etc. Start-Up / Entrepreneurship-The trend these days! And why not, I think having an idea and the strength to implement it is definitely not everyone cup of tea! So if you have the potential and enthusiasm, do go for it. It would be better if you work somewhere before starting your own business as it will give you some real experience. Law-LLB or Bachelor in Law is a 3 year graduate level course which students can pursue after their undergraduate in any discipline. Hence, graduates in Business Administration can also opt for LLB. In order to make your future bright and demanding, make sure to do a quick certification course in MS Office and MS (Management Information System) right after doing BBA. Knowledge of these software along-with a BBA degree would boost your confidence and make you ready to enter into the corporate world. This will also enhance your skills and make you efficient for future market challenges. In addition to this, you must make it a habit of reading newspapers, participate in group interactions with your peer group and stay updated with recent market trends. As a management student you should learn the art of communication and work as per the pace of recent market developments.

Both, degree and Diploma are types of recognition conferred on a person on the successful completion of an educational course. However, there are a lot of differences between the two and they aren't interchangeable. To understand the difference between a degree and a Diploma, we first need to know what a university is, what AICTE is, and the role of the University Grants Commission (UGC) in India.
University
A university is an institution of higher education and research, which grants academic degrees for a number of courses. UGC stands for the University Grants Commission. The UGC was established in November 1956 as a statutory body of the Government of India for the coordination, determination, and maintenance of standards of university education in India. All cases pertaining to the allocation of grants-in-aid from public funds to the Central Universities and other Universities and Institutions of higher learning might be referred to the University Grants Commission.
AICTE
What UGC is to universities, the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE) is to private institutes that impart technical education. The body works towards qualitative improvement of technical education, and towards implementation and proper maintenance of norms and standards in a technical education system.
What is a Degree?
The duration of a degree course is usually 3 to 4 years and the emphasis is on academics. For example, B.Com (H) is a 3-year degree course that teaches students subjects like accountancy, economics, and business studies; B.Tech is a 4-year degree course that teaches subjects like physics, chemistry and math, and includes the subject one plans to major in, an MBBS is a 5 and 1/2-year long degree that teaches the general aspects of medicine.
Who Confers the Degree
Only a university can confer a degree. To pursue higher education, only a degree from a UGC-approved university is accepted. AICTE-approved private institutes are affiliated to UGC-approved universities. In case a person graduates from an AICTE approved private institute affiliated to a UGC approved university, he still gets the degree of the university. Example: There are many AICTE approved private colleges under Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, but after the completion of the course the student does not get a degree of the institute, he gets a degree of the university in this case, Guru Gobind Singh Indraparastha University.
