 If the professional course is opted from a University in India then it would be difficult to pursue two courses at a time. The application for any college mentions that you can not pursue two courses at a time. In cases you submit your original certificates to the Professional course you're doing in they would return it only after completion and enrolling yourself to a distance course they would require all your originals for verification purpose.

Looking for the perfect time then do not think much. Start now itself. To the candidates who just could not qualify NEET 2019, I would say just overcome with the emotion and show the devotion. NEET 2020 Exam is waiting for your efforts. Just put your best efforts and make it the best you can. It is just the beginning, decide your strategy and follow it. And one thing as you are going to start it right away, strategy and timetable work when followed. Look for the right person around you that may get you the right planning, suggestion of right books and material. A right guidance and the proper follow up with a lot of practice will make a change. If you want to become a pilot then you have to join some flying school of India. The duration is as long as 2-3 years. While it takes 18-24 months for getting the commercial pilot licence after gaining the flight experience of at least 200 hours in India.

You will get the list of documents on the JEE Mains counselling portal. Mainly, you need to bring your admit card and score card of JEE Mains, mark sheets of class 12th and class 10th, domicile certificate, income certificate, category certificates, government id card etc. Best of luck.
