The infrastructure and facilities are above average.

Placements: About 70% of students got placed through T&P cell, in many companies. The highest package offered is 20 LPA, and the average package is 4 LPA. TCS and Wipro are the main companies. Maximum students got internships from our course. Students can get an internship as per their interests.

Review of Ujjain Engineering College.

Placements: In 2021, there was a much better placement scenario as compared to previous years. Few companies offered opportunities in the core and mostly in IT. The average salary package offered ranges from 3-4 LPA, and the highest salary package offered is 6 LPA. In 2021, companies like YASH Technologies, TCS, Wipro, Infosys, Jaro, Byjus, Zentech, etc., visit the campus for placements.

Best faculty and curriculum.

Placements: More than half of students present in my course are placed every year in various companies like TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Walmart, Amazon etc. The highest package this year is 18L and the lowest package is 4 L. Almost all get internship from my course in various big companies and many startups.

It is far better than any other private engineering college here, and I rate it 2.8 out of 5.

Placements: The placements are mostly offered by IT companies. This year, a student of CS was offered 20 LPA by Walmart. However, the placements in the core field are rare, and one has to go for off-campus placements. But the new TPO cell is hardworking, and due to the efforts by the new TPO officer, most of the companies came for placements.

Here we develop our personality and career.

Placements: The highest package is around 12 Lacs per annum and the lowest package is around 2 Lacs per annum and the average package is around 5 Lacs per annum. Those who had cleared the written they had the possibility of getting placed. Top recruiting companies are TCS AND HCL.

I am satisfied with the standard of education and faculty members.

Placements: From our senior batch, 60% of the students got placed. The highest salary package offered is 10 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 4 LPA. TCS is the top recruiting company. Almost everyone got internships in various top companies of India like Wipro and TCS.

I am satisfied because of the faculty members and facilities. I am dissatisfied with the placements.

Placements: The highest salary package offered is 17 LPA, and the lowest salary package offered is 3.5 LPA. The average salary package offered is 4.5 LPA. Mostly the TCS and computer-related companies visit our college for placements. There are many groups for training and placement head. I think about 50% of students get an internship.

I suggest you choose it if you are not looking for placements but for further studies like CAT/GATE.

Placements: From our batch, not many students were placed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. However, around 30% of students got placed and even in this pandemic time. The highest salary package offered was 8 LPA, while the lowest salary package offered was 2 LPA. The average salary package offered was 3 LPA. TCS, Infosys, Uttam Galva Steels and Wipro are the top recruiters here. A high percentage of students didn't get internships, but around 20% of students got internships in various Indore companies. Faculty members are excellent, but placements are not good.

Placements: There were almost 70 students in our batch, and out of which 4-5 students got placed in the IT sector as there are no core companies for placements. The average salary package offered was around 3.5-4 LPA. For internships, students had to search on their own as no help was offered from the institution side.

Campus life is not very good, and the only good thing is the city in which it is located.

Placements: As far as core branches are concerned, mostly, you have to find placements on your own. Don't expect that core sector companies will visit here for placements. For our batch of 40 students, only one placement is provided, and it is also with a non-technical profile. So, I suggest you not to expect a job right after passing out of college.

Teaching quality and opportunities are very low in our college. The infrastructure is normal.

Placements: The percentage of students placed is very low in our course. The highest salary package offered is 3 LPA. The average salary offered is 2.5 LPA. Internships are not available at all. Students have to go outside the college for everything.

Joining in this college is not worthy of your efforts in JEE Mains. So try for SGSITS.

Placements: There are very few placements in our college, and placements were provided in companies like TCS, etc. None of the electrical-based companies visited here until now. In the previous year, the highest salary package offered was 10 LPA, but it was offered in off-campus placements. Only mass recruitment companies visit here for placements with the average salary package of 3-3.5 LPA.

The college has a good reputation, and the chemical engineering department is good here.

Placements: Almost 10% of the students in the college were placed with an average salary package of 5 LPA. Different companies like Bharat Oman Reservoir Limited visited the campus for placements. The highest salary package offered was 10 LPA. Companies like JK Cement, HSBC, and many others visit the campus for placements with a good salary package. The initial package offered was 7 LPA.

One can have opportunities to get placed in the IT sector, but it is tough to get core placements.

Placements: The major recruiter of the college is Tata Consultancy Services. It had recruited about 71 students last year, but only 35 students were placed this year. The core placements are very few, one or two opportunities are provided by the trade, and sometimes, 2-3 are provided by the college. So, I can say that the core placements are very poor, and you can have some opportunities in the IT sector.

I am not fully satisfied with what the college provides but at the same time who is.

Placements: This college has potential which it is not able to reach, the placements are of mediocre level jobs and are mostly related to IT sector instead of core engineering. But the number of students getting placed is quite high. It can be said that although, not much opportunities are provided but whatever is provided can at least get you a mediocre level job.

The college has good placements, faculty, and infrastructure. Every year, there are many events.

Placements: The students have a great opportunity on the campus. Many jobs offer come around the students. The big companies like BORL, JK Cement, GRASIM, SRF, TCS, Wipro, etc., visit the campus for the placements. The highest salary package given by BORL is around 7.5 LPA. The average salary package of our college is 3 LPA. Around 70% of the students got placed.

An old college with good reputation constantly trying to improve.

Placements: Only a handful of companies visit the campus for placement. TCS recruits in bulk and many other companies come but only 1 or 2 students get selected in those. Some students are selected offcampus and some other companies shorlists the candidates and then interview is held in other institutes. Placement committee works hard to contact the companies.

Good teachers and professors are suffering due to lack of labs.

Placements: The placement is not good from this college, but some of the students have very good placement. On-campus, TCS is the company which hired the maximum. When I was in the first year (2014), there were lots of companies that visited here and hired students. So, we can say that, continuously, the placements are decreasing.

This is a perfect college if you have financial crisis.

Placements: The placements are not that good. But if you are talented and have good technical skills then there are chances that you'll get a decent job. See, the time has come when the companies want to check your skills. So, if you have the skills, technical ones, then you are likely to be placed anywhere.

The college is with the money, and it provides the good faculty members.

Placements: I got placed in JSW steel LTD. Many more companies visited the campus like Ultratech, BORL, TCS. But in Ujjain, it's hard to get the industry exposure. The college infrastructure is not up to the mark, but the faculty members are good and helpful. The highest salary offered to our batch was 5.2 Lpa, and the lowest was 1.2 LPA.
