The Bar Council of India discourage Evening/ Part time LLB courses. At present, evening LLB is not considered for practicing as Lawyer in court of law. So please avoid to do this.

Hello Ajit Singh,
It is very nice to hear from you that in spite of having done your M.Sc in applied electronics with very good marks you still want to do B.Tech but from correspondence course. Here let me give you a word of caution. Few months back, the Supreme Court of India has cancelled all the degrees awarded to many students who had obtained them via correspondence course. Recently, UGC has once again issued the circular stating that no professional courses including engineering can be done via correspondence. I am attaching a link which stated this. In view of this, I strongly advise you not to think on these lines. However, as you had done M.Sc, you can think of doing directly M.Tech in the relevant branch by appearing for GATE examination. When you can do M.Tech in 2 years why look for anything else? Hence, I would strongly advise you to take a considered decision in this matter.
