Mahatma Gandhi University College of Engineering and Technology has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: CoursesEligibilityB.E. / B.TechCandidates who have passed or appeared at the final year of the Diploma examination in Engineering conducted by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh or any other examination recognised as equivalent thereto by the State Board of Technical Education and Training, Telangana / Andhra Pradesh.
Candidates should have completed 16 years of age, as on 31st December of the year of admission. There is no upper age limit.MCACandidate must have passed the qualifying examination with Mathematics at 10+2 level or at Graduation level.

University College of Engineering, Villupuram, Anna University has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: CoursesEligibilityB.E. / B.TechCandidate must have passed VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. from schools situated in Tamil Nadu.
Tamil Nadu native candidate who have passed any of the VIII, IX, X, XI & XII Std. or their equivalent exam from schools situated outside Tamil Nadu can also apply. They should produce Original Nativity Certificate.
Children of Central Government Employees, irrespective of their nativity, provided their parents or guardians (only if both parents are not alive) have been serving in Tamil Nadu continuously for the past five years can be eligible to apply.
Sons & daughters of All India service Tamil Nadu cadre officers are eligible to apply. A Self declaration from the parent in this regard is to be produced.
Children of employees in the Public Sector or Government recognised institutions had been working in their organisations for the past five years are also eligible, irrespective of their domicile.
Other State candidates who have studied VIII, IX, X, XI and XII Std. in Tamil Nadu are eligible to apply.M.E./M.TechCandidate who have completed 10+2+AMIE or 10+3 years Diploma + AMIE are also eligible.
AMIE candidate must have 2 years regular full time experience in the relevant field.

University College of Engineering has below criteria for taking admissions to it's various courses: CoursesEligibilityM.E./M.TechCandidate must have passed B.E./B.Tech. in relevant stream and obtained with the above mentioned marks (45% in case of reserved category candidates) from an AICTE/UGC approved institution recognised by the Government of Andhra Pradesh as equivalent thereto.
Final year appearing students may also apply on provisional basis.B.E. / B.TechCandidates who have passed Diploma in Engineering or any other examination recognised as equivalent there to, from a recognised Institute/ University, Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana are also eligible.
Candidates who have appeared in Diploma in Engineering and who are awaiting their results can also apply on provisional basis.
Candidates should belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana.
Candidate should have completed 16 years of age as of 31st December of the year of admission (2023).
There is no upper age limit.
