Hello Pradeep Desai, I am afraid, I could not find anywhere mention of distance education mode for engineering graduation courses. Let me state hear that in India at least recently UGC has decided that no University can offer professional courses in distance education mode and hence obviously know university or college will have UGC approved distance education programs for engineering graduation course.
