You have not mentioned the category you belong along with state as these two factors are very important as they have a different cutoff. For general category rank, I think you should be able to get this college with 2000 rank in ECE.
6 years ago I got 77 marks in JEE Mains and 20645 rank in EAMCET. Can I get CSE in your college?

If you belong to BC, SC or ST category then you have good chances, but with OC category, there is no chance at all.

If you belong to a reserved category then you can try in the 3rd round of counselling.

I think VRSE is better than G Pulla Reddy, but you need to decide it depending on your rank and reachable distance from home.
