Placements: There is a placement cell in our college that provides guidance and trains students for placements. Companies like TCS, SOTI, Chegg, Sutherland, and IBS visit the college every year. The highest package last year was 14 Lacs, and the average package is 3.5 Lacs per annum.
Placements: I think they offer a decent placements but there are no high level companies visiting. There are so many startup companies who offer an annual salary of 10000 or below. Top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys, etc. Internships are not arranged by the college. You must find and do it on your own. I don't know about the top roles there.
Placements: Minimum placements were allocated to our branch and not in our core department. Our batch of students was going for higher studies and abroad so the placement percentage was low and also the students with arrears were not allowed in placements. But the recruiting was mainly for IT openings in TCS, Infosys, Wipro, and Sutherland. The mechanical students were selected for those also with ECE & CSE students. Our batch got an internship in several companies like Cochin shipyard, KSRTC Maintenance Sh...
Placements: Our batch got placed in companies like TCS. But for this course, our college did not provide any core company placements. The top recruiting company was TCS and around 30% of students got placed. There were no placements offered for our course. Almost 100% of students got internships at various companies.
Placements: An average of 40% of the students got placements. Almost 70% of the students got placements in popular companies like TCS, Bosch, etc. Almost 30% of the students got internships in the above-mentioned companies. Roles that companies offer are site engineers and office works.
Placements: Almost 60 to 70% of students were placed. The packages offered range between 6 to 8 Lacs per annum. The top recruiting companies are TCS, Infosys etc. More than 10 of my classmates got placed in TCS. The top role offered by most of the companies is a software engineer.
Placements: Placements in our core civil engineering were very less, but there were IT companies recruitments. Off-campus interviews were also supported by the college making provision for travelling for interested students. Placement cell is available for support at all times. They even communicate with students after completion of college.
Placements: Few good companies visit our college for placements. Most of the students get placed in call centres, etc., with a low salary. Few students get placed in top companies like TCS, Infosys, etc. The salary package offered to the students ranges between 6-8 LPA.
Placements: Many companies recruit students from the computer science engineering branch. TCS is one of the huge recruiters, and there are also placements for other departments. The previous year has a tremendous increase in placements in CSE. More than 100 students got placed before they passed out.
Placements: Only 2 companies visited the campus for placements. One was TCS for IT technical profile, and another one was TVS Sundaram Fasteners for which students had to go to Chennai to give interviews. The placement scenario at Vidya is poor considering the fee structure for 4 years.
Placements: Placements provided to students in the college are not bad. Most of the companies that visit the campus are IT companies, and they are like TCS, Infosys, Bosch, etc. They recruited the maximum number of students, and in them, the mass recruiter is TCS. The placement cell is good and helpful. Reputed companies visit the college for placements.
Placements: The placements in our college are average, and not enough for the number of students present in the college. The college should try to bring in more core companies for the students of different branches. Mainly, IT companies visit the campus, and TCS is the only reputed one among them. The highest package offered is 3.4 LPA.
Placements: The placements were okay but not great. Most of the companies were from the IT sector. TCS was the mass recruiter but didn't take many students during our tenure. The placement cell was good. They did conduct different mock interviews and classes for us to crack these IT jobs.
Placements: Placements in the college are not bad, but mostly IT companies visit the college to hire the students. Most of the students in my batch got placed in IT firms like TCS. The placement cell is very helpful, and they do conduct mock aptitude tests and interviews. They conduct many classes which help us to be ready for the interviews and GD sections.
Placements: The placement is not bad, but fewer core companies visit for recruitment. Most of the companies coming for recruitment are from the IT sector. The highest salary offered was 3.4 LPA. Industrial visits are conducted instead of internships. If the students want to undertake the internship, then it is at their own risk.
Placements: The placements in core companies are nil, but they do have IT companies coming for recruiting. The biggest company that makes mass recruitment is TCS. Other companies like Bosch and Inoclad also started recruiting. Amazon India also recruited students. Overall, the placement scenario is improving.
Placements: Placement percentage is not 100%, but 50-60% of the students will get placed by the companies every year. Mainly IT companies visit the college for recruitment. Students who have coding background can get into these companies. TCS is the mass recruiter. The placement cell is supportive, and they do conduct mock interviews to prepare students for interviews.
Placements: Most of the students got placed in the campus placements. The placement percentage is almost 70%. The highest salary package was in between Rs. 15,000 per month to Rs. 25,000 per month and the average was Rs. 10,000 per month. There is a placement cell, and it manages all the necessary things. Our college provides 100% internship options to students. All kinds of roles are assigned to the students without any discrimination.
Placements: The placements are really good. The highest salary package offered was about 3.4 LPA. Many companies visited the campus and gave many opportunities to the students. The placement cell is helpful, and they even conduct mock tests and interviews which is good for all students.
