Many have pursued higher degrees such as M.Tech and Ph.D. Some students appreciate their teaching style, which focuses on making concepts easy to understand.* Infrastructure: The college has modern infrastructure, including well-maintained laboratories, classrooms, and libraries. The campus also has a good environment, with plenty of greenery and recreational spaces.* Placements: While placements vary across departments, overall, around 60-75% of students secure jobs after graduating. Top recruiters include Wipro, Amazon, TCS, and Google. However, these experiences can be valuable in gaining industry exposure.* Course relevance: Students generally find the course curriculum relevant and helpful in preparing them for industry requirements.* Teaching quality: The teaching quality is considered good, with professors willing to help students outside of class hours. However, some areas for improvement mentioned by students include:* Limited practical experience and industrial training* Poor placements in certain departments (e.g., Electrical and Electronics Engineering)* Limited internship opportunities* Limited resources for some courses (e.g., Electrical and Electronics Engineering)Overall, while Visvesvaraya College of Engineering and Technology may have its limitations, the majority of students seem to have had positive experiences with the faculty, infrastructure, and course curriculum. However, individual performance and department-specific factors may influence career outcomes.

{Source: B.E. / B.Tech students & alumni}Course Curriculum* Relevant: The course curriculum is considered relevant by many students and alumni, who mention that it follows the syllabus of Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University (JNTU).* Industry-readiness: The curriculum is designed to make students industry-ready, according to some reviews.* Lack of depth: However, others feel that the course curriculum lacks depth in certain areas, requiring additional effort from students to gain a thorough understanding of the subject.* No industrial training or visits: Unfortunately, there is no provision for industrial training or visits, which can limit students' exposure to real-world applications of theoretical concepts.* Teaching quality varies: While some teachers are well-qualified and helpful, others may lack sufficient qualifications or teaching experience, affecting the overall learning experience.Note that these comments are based on individual perspectives and may not reflect the entire picture.
