It has become popularly known by the name VJCET, and it is actually the privately owned and operated educational institution affiliated to APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University of Kerala. Being one of the well-established institutions with respect to imparting quality education in streams related to engineering and technology is accredited by All India Council for Technical Education, India. The private funding of VJCET enables it to provide various facilities, updated infrastructures, and industry-oriented programs that make the students gain the appropriate skills in the engineering fields that they have chosen. Generally, the highest packages are offered by students in Computer Science, Electronics, and Mechanical Engineering. Year after year, students have been placed by renowned companies in the IT and core engineering sectors, as well as consulting firms. On an average, top packages may go anywhere from 5 to 7 LPA. It can be availed by any student who did not make it to a good KEAM rank but still fulfills other eligibility criteria, such as scoring sufficient marks in 10+2 with core subjects. Direct admissions enable VJCET to include students from diverse backgrounds, such as non-Keralite applicants, in its rolls as an alternative route to merit-based admissions. The management quota is expensive, but it provides a chance for students with potential academic ability to study engineering at VJCET.

Hi.There is a scholarship for students with 8 cgpa and students with a rank less than 10000 in the KEAM entrance test. Also, there are scholarships for students based on Income and reservations. Candidates with Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination (KEAM) Rank up to 7500 are eligible for  scholarship up to 50% of Tuition fees.Scholarship Amount : Rs.37, 500/- per yearThanks 

Hi.Admission Procedure50% of the total seats (ie, 30 in a batch of 60 students) are allotted through the common counseling by the Entrance  Commissioner of Kerala. From the balance 50%, under management quota, 35% seats (ie, 21 in a batch of 60 students)  are allotted based on merit in various quota (Open Quota – 10 Seats and Christian Quota – 11 Seats) and 15% of the  seats (ie, 9 in a batch of 60 students) will be filled as NRI quota.Thanks 

Eligibility criteria for B.E. / B.Tech at VJCET - Viswajyothi College of Engineering and Technology:Requirements for 12th grade- 45%Candidate must have passed 10+2 examination, Kerala, or examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects and Chemistry / Computer Science/ Biotechnology/ Biology as one of the optional subjects with atleast mentioned marks.Accepting Exams: KEAM
