The kind of blog you wish you read before college.

Placements: The placement cell in our college is not that strong, but it tries much to get every student placed who has no supply in previous exams. The number of students getting placed through campus placements is about 60%. The highest salary package is about 10 LPA, the lowest is 1.6 LPA and the average salary package is about 2–3 LPA. A few recruiters are TCS, Tech Bee, HDFC, SAFFRON, and so on. Students can do internships from the 3rd year and many students from my college get internships as part of i...

Good in terms of infrastructure, but not the best in placements and other facilities.

Placements: The number of companies selecting students for their field by campus selection has drastically decreased. A college where more than 10 companies were frequently taking students in has now been reduced to a mere 2–3 companies. Less than 10% have attained campus selection in the years 2022–23. The placements are very poor nowadays.

It is the best college if you are interested only in studying.

Placements: The placement cells have tie-ups with various companies that provide internship opportunities to college students. An internship is a great way of learning as it gives you on-the-job working experience. Through internships, you apply your theoretical knowledge in real-life business situations. The process of applying for internships teaches you a lot of things, such as resume-making, interview skills, soft skills, etc. Placement cells offer you such opportunities and polish your skills to ensure...

Our college has a good infrastructure and a good quality of teaching.

Placements: Our batch contains 55 students. About 45% of students have been placed in various companies. The highest salary package offered is 5 LPA, and the average is around 3 LPA. TCS is the top recruiting company. Infosys also recruited many students. Students did their internship at HIMT Kalamasseri.

The college is good in academics and average college life.

Placements: About more than 80% of students are placed in our college with an average salary package. The highest salary package starts from 4 LPA. The lowest salary starts from Rs.10,000 per month. But most of the placements are from IT companies. Few other departments, the core-based company comes to our campus for recruitment.

Satisfactory report overall.

Placements: Nealy, 50% of my batchmates were placed through on-campus placements and the rest were lucky to get placed through off-campus placements. Among that, Infosys was the top recruiter this year and paid a package of nearly 3.5lac per annum. However, at the lower end, there were students who are working as trainees and are paid below 10k per month. There were no interns, however.

Good college, and it is neat and clean. Good hostels for boys and girls, it focus on academics.

Placements: The main recruiters of our college are from the information technology sector. Many students get placed in these companies every year. For other branches, placements related to their core subjects are less. Membership in professional clubs like SAEINDIA and ISHRA helps to increase placements in core subjects. Placements in core subjects need experienced employees. Hence initially freshers find difficulty in their core placements. But after gaining experience by working as a trainee or by doing i...

Events conducted here are not the best, and they are bad.

Placements: Usually, few IT companies visited the campus and almost all the eligible students got placed irrespective of the branch. There are also off-campus placements. Usually, students who got placements from college are having a salary package of at least 3 LPA. Students those who are from core fields other than IT or CS have to find their own jobs as mostly IT company placements are available here.

The college is a nice choice for anyone who values his academics more than other campus recreations.

Placements: The college shows considerable interest in the placements of its students. The college has a placement cell which provides assistance for students in all matters related to scholarships, recruitments and internships. Besides the training programs, need-based programs on software such as Java, J2 EE, and VLSI are also conducted. Programs like Campus Connect are done in collaboration with Infosys and Wipro. The eminent recruiters in college are Infosys, Wipro, Cognizant, and IBM, etc. The college ...

Review in 2016 about the college.

Placements: Placements were quite good. Around 100 plus students were placed in my batch and my senior batch. But the placements have started reducing. 3 to 4 Lacs was the max salary offered. No internships were offered from college. We had to find it on our own. Placement cell is okay.

I'm satisfied with everything in the college except placements.

Placements: The college moulds the students according to the demands of the corporate world and tries to place them in reputed companies with the expected job profile of each student. They provide the best training for the students to enhance their technical and soft skills.

Placements: VJCET os providing good placement for the graduates. Most of the well reputed companies like Infosys sutherland etc. Are conducting campus interview in every year and they are satisfied with the performance of our students. There is a special placement cell for dealing with this placement process. Number of companies and students getting placements are increasing yera by year.

A good option in Kerala for B Tech in mechanical engineering.

Placements: The college has an average placement as no core sector job placing for mechanical engineering. Most of the companies came were IT companies, and most numbers of placements happened in Infosys. Other companies that came were UST, Tech Mahindra, Sutherland, etc., don't know much about the salary package.

This is a good college among self-financing engineering colleges in Kerala with good placements.

Placements: Infosys, TCS and many other companies are coming for recruitment. The college has good placement assistance. 70% of the students from previous final year batch got placed through last year placement drive. Many non-IT companies like the federal bank, Indian navy are coming for placement drive. The students got placed with an average salary of Rs. 25000-30000 per month. Infosys is the highest recruiting company in this college.

Placements: Infosys was the major recruiter, about 130 students were placed there followed by UST, IBS, TCS. Compared to our senior batches, our batches had more placements. Most of the companies offered 2. 5 to 4 LPA. Most of the placements were from information technology, and core company offers were few. Almost 90% of the eligible students were placed. Most of the companies offered systems engineer post, and few other companies invited freshers as trainees. The college provided placement facility for on...

A college where you can grow as a professional and come out as an engineer at the end.

Placements: A good and active placement cell is there in the college which has a good tie-up and contacts different companies like Infosys, TCS, etc. The placement cell also provides proper training for placement such as mock interviews, aptitude tests, group discussion, grammar practice, etc. Almost 340 students of the college got placed in various companies by the placement drive conducted in the college. Infosys alone offered the job to almost 130 students from different departments.

The major recruiters were Infosys, UST Globals, Tech Mahindra, IBS etc. Some students were placed through pool drives conducted in the nearby engineering colleges. The highest salary offered is 4 lakhs per annum and the lowest is 2 lakhs per annum. The job roles offered are IT related. Placements: The main recruiter for our batch was Infosys and a decent percentage of students were placed in this company. Apart from Infosys, other companies like Sutherland etc. visited the campus. Students were also placed in companies like IBS, TCS, MuSigma etc through pool drive. When compared with the senior batches, there was a declination in the number of recruiters.
